Level Up Life, LLC is located in the AutPlay Therapy Clinic in Springfield, MIssouri. 

I am licensed in both Missouri and Texas; as well as being certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors. I absolutely love my career helping others! I graduated from Capella University and turned my internship at a local mental health facility into my career. 

I have experience in helping clients battle substance use. I interned in a rural, school-based program that ranged in ages from kindergarten to seniors in high school. I have also worked with the Crisis Assist Team fielding phone calls and helping those in crisis. I interned in the outpatient therapy department and worked as a clinical intake specialist giving assessments, diagnostics, and brief therapy. 

I have finally evolved into private practice! I am currently working with adolescents and adults. I will be your psychotherapist and life coach to help you work through your challenges along with helping you gain coping skills that you can utilize in the future. I am certified using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

 I would describe myself as an easy going, disciplined, and a positive individual that enjoys helping others.
