 Please note that this pays for the evaluation.  (Cost of classes and/or treatment that the evaluator may refer you to must be paid to the provider of the class and/or treatment and cannot be provided by the evaluator.  DOT policy states that recommended classes and/or treatment must be provided by an individual or company NOT connected to the evaluator. PLEASE WATCH FOR SCAMS AS YOU COULD END UP PAYING MORE THAN YOU SHOULD DUE TO VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY!! )
